Just played a game with an inting 
that ran it down top several times. She goes 4/22 at the end of the game. Probably got at least 6 reports yet I don't see the message that notifies me that a player got banned.
The report system is absolute trash. Trash players can int ranked games and not get punished for it...
It's not that the report system is trash, it's just that they don't have a clear effective automated way to punish inters. Some people just have bad games sometimes and of course some people are going to report that person even though he/she was just having a bad game. They could correlate the chat logs with the game they fed in, but then that could get avoided by that person not saying a single word that match. Also riot won't implement a team of people to deal with this to because "small indie company" and doesn't want to deal with it. It is a problem I agree, but it's going to take some time to deal with sadly because riot doesn't care about this issue even though it only takes one person to ruin games.
No, but if you call someone garabge and flame them you get a 2 week ban. Isnt that funny.
just cuz you didnt receive notification that action was taken dont mean there wasnt. it dont notify every one who reported a player
yup i found a way to int legit just try very slightly try to cs then try to fight "thinking u can win the fight" and die its very exploitable since they dont review they get a robot to check the games i think i used to do that but after i got banned for flaming i dont rlly do it anymore
It says players won't get banned per se. But they will get notified and stuff like all reports do. Not sure what happens but hopefully something will be done. There's a difference between a bad game and just screwing around..
this account got banned for inting once. One time. One time ever. It was even a righteous int to counter troll a premade that tried forcing me to dodge through target banning my main champions, all taking smite, and greifing me in champ select, and in the in-game chat.
