so you guys decide to give zed quite a few buffs. i agree they were needed, as his win rate was the lowest in the game. however rivens winrate was lower, and now is the exact same as zed tied for the lowest in the game. you guys indirectly nerfed her way to much. all of her items are way to expensive now, and with jax and irelia buying rageblade stll for 2800 . thats cheaper than any of rivens items by 500 to 900 . so many other champs get there items before she does, therefor they can stomp her in 1v1s no problem when they can complete there first items like its not even close in some matchups. i guys kinda over did the nerfs. something needs to be balanced out casue shes not in a goof state at all, and that is confrimed with her lowest win rate in the game
