While Gailo's win rate is probably fine for mid-lane, poor Galio gets very little love. In this sense, I'd like to see a couple of changes to make him feel a bit better.

First off, his passive. It made sense when almost all of the ratios were AP or AD. It makes no sense now with more and more champions gaining MR, Armor, and Health ratios to their abilities. So, to me, the first step is to actually give him MR ratios.
In this change, Q gets a 40% bonus MR ratio W gains a 20% MR ratio E gains a 33% MR ratio R gains a 40-80% bonus MR ratio.

Now this is higher than converting out the MR ratio through AP, but this is very close to in-line with converting it out with Deathcap. This also serves as compensation for turning the MR ratios into bonus MR ratios, but will serve as a slight nerf in the early game, and to Galios who actually build Deathcap.

Now, a new Passive: Runic Flight: For every buff or debuff Galio is affected by, Galio gains 3% movement speed. For every persistent AoE that Galio is currently in (even if it's his ally's) he gains 6% movement speed.

As an anti-mage tank, Galio should be at his best when there's a lot of magic flying around, and it should be beneficial for him to take the most direct path, as long as it includes anything short of hard CC.

Finally, Idol of Durand gains this line: Galio is immune to Crowd Control from any enemy affected by Idol of Durand.

It really should take more effort than "I have bear stance" to get Galio out of his ult. If you're sitting outside of his ult and Tornado him? Fine, you've earned it for being careful. I hope that by dropping his reliance on flash, he can be in a much better place.
