Rankeds matchmaking

Hi guys, I have no idea if I write in correct place or not (if not please good people move it to correct one for me :) thanks in advance) but I'd like to bring something up to discussion. Nothing annoys me as much in rankeds as seeing a person we literally just reported with whole team and probably few enemies for ruining game and seeing exactly same person in next game. But it happens quite often. I think there should be some kind of 'protection' that u can't be qued with person u reported recently. Not like lifetime thing cause knowing league we'd slowly start to run out of people to que with ^^ but let's say next few games so other players can check if somebody really is toxic and unnecessary part of community which we have to get rid of. Don't punish same people twice. I don't think it would be hard to implement into code and it would be really really great to not have to deal with person which decided to int in their last game and be toxic towards everyone (btw while writing this post got instant feedback report \o/ thanks riot... too bad i had to deal with this guy in my team twice :/ hope it was perma)

The issue people had with this idea in the past is you can just report people you don’t want to play with/against at high ranks, where population gets really slim. So you could use the tool to dodge those players. For example let’s say ‘Dyrus plays a mean Kayn and I don’t wanna play against that so I’m just gonna report him so I don’t have to see him in game for a few games at least’

There's difference though if let's say one person reports somebody for intentional so he doesn't have to play with this person again and when whole team and potentially enemies do so. Also people in higher divisions are rather unlikely to feed intentionally just for sake of feeding so it could always be simply limited to low elo where pool of players is bigger.
