Kill Steal ? Seriously

There's a lot of Raging Kids around the world that so obsessed with 1 kill. They just rage quit OR bombard your chat, etc.. I got one friend in reality would beat the SHEET out of me. BUT, If I stand there, doing nothing to let him get the kill, he beat the SHEET out of me again and said '' WHAT THE FK ARE YOU DOING ? '' Because there's many times, you can just keep on attacking as you're on low health, maybe other reason.

For my opinion, If you can't kill an enemy, it's just all your skill, Agree or Not ?
