Really? No reduction in Silver Bolt's base damage? sigh I guess this just confirms who Riot's favorite ADC is.
Thats called a placebo nerf so that the circlejerkers move to another champion btw, riot doesnt think she is REALLY that oppressive, just that the meta is great for her and so they dont want to gut her because they think she is in the right place. Exactly the same as when they changed jinx ult damage, didnt change anything and suddendly people stopped crying about her, they try the same with vayne.
it's basically a buff coz her early was never good... gg riot....
