Are 0-11 bot lanes savable?

I lose no matter what I do in lane. Tied of ranked despair. After 7 seasons I'm on the verge of quitting league of this. This happens so often that I'm starting to develop conspiracy theories about the match-making process of my teammates. My teams feed WAY more often than my teammates carry.
