I played Rengar when he was stupidly op on release, it was fun. Stopped after his nerfs. What is everyone's opinion on Rengar at the moment? Still OP? Balanced? Needs Buff? Asking cause I just got into the game again like a week ago and I'm interested in the thoughts of the League community...
He's an extremely fun champion, that's for sure.
rengar is fine as he is atm...he can build either AD or AP and can shred, especially with this new devourer out
he's one of the most complained about because of his stealth and long range jumps, but idk
He's a high risk, high reward character. If you get ahead, you dominate. If you don't, you're severely limited to being a Bola-bot.
He maybe could do with some buffs to early jungling, because he drops dangerously low, but not required.
He is high risk, all-in champ. For me he can be easily countered, even if far a head, grouping, pinking or just with zhonya and G.a ,he become near to useless. Today I was against an rengar top Gold 1. He was very fed, something like 7-0-0 against lee. I was Tahm support. He lost the game just when our mid build zhonyas. For me he is ok with clear counterplay, maybe too much ( expecially when y are more visible in ult, then ehen y are in bush sonething is wrong)
