Yasuo has too many passives

I know yasuo gets a lot of hate, but he actually has a passive on each and every ability. His 2 passives, the shield and the double crit, even though his crit does 10% less (a joke of a compensation). His Q scales with attack speed while also applying on hit effects. His W grants vision. His E gains more damage the more he dashes. His R grants armor pen, and resets his passive shield.
