Why is Nashor's tooth cdr unique?
Every other completed item, (that is not a recipe item) cdr is not unique. What makes Nashor's tooth the exception?

Dr Poro1 votesNo one would. It just doesn't make sense to have it unique. It's a leftover from when all CDR stats were unique passives. People with OCD demand uniformity!

This man liked to stack two and get MOAR AP to wreck. He can still stack it, but now he has to build something else to get max CDR.
