Please Explain Whats New

Okay so I have been off the game for a few years, checked back in last year and stuff was different, didn't want to figure it out so I dropped it... and now I come back again ready to figure it out and it's like the entire thing is missing.

Can some one explain how to operate the new LOL platform? Where are the Rune pages, and the Runes I purchased? Where are the masteries? And the Item selector and Item set maps? Please help me navigate this new layout.

Since last preseason runes and masteries have been replaced by « runes reforged », a new system similar to masteries but with more power put in it. The system work as such: There is 5 trees, each with 3 normal rows and a keystone row. You pick a tree and a rune per row. Then you can choose a secondary tree from which you can pick two runes. You will also be given bonus stats relative to your primary and secondary tree. Runes and items set can be found in the « collection » tab. You have 5 example rune page (1 for each tree, not customizable) and can create up to [2+number of rune page you own] customizable rune pages. RP and Blue essence also have been fused, level cap removed (you get a capsule at each level, it’s like a chest openable without key). You can gain Blue essence only by disenchanting champion shards (wich are now much more common) or by completing missions (outside of events, the only one avalaible is the daily matchmaking win).
