Bard suddenly dropped this patch from about a 48.5% winrate which was already kinda bad down to 45.88. What caused this huge drop? He and the items he typically uses weren't touched in the patch notes, (unless there's a secret Bard Zz'Rot strat I didn't know about) so what dumpstered him?
He's on the wrong end of this "Lets Gangbang Bot Lane" Meta. He's almost forced to roam, which leaves his laner totally exposed.
