WHY AM I bronze 5 still...

ive been trying to get out of bronze but its impossible like my scores are ok getting around 45 cs at 15 mins which is decent i also mostly go 3 5 or 3 4 which is enough but it always happens i go start scalling as ad swain jungle and the my bot lane goes 10/0 but we still lose how can my bot lane not feed and still win like bronze is true elo hell. Ive tried meta picks like shaco support and urgot jungle but i cant seem to pull them off. ive tried to be a yasuo one trick but the ludens doesnt do enough damage for me to carry ive also tried being a riven one trick but then my rabadons takes too long to build PLEASE!! HELP
