Minion Aggro: Unintended nerf to zyra?

Minions now prioritize their attack on zyra if zyra's plant is attacking any champion. This is a HUGE nerf to zyra's lane power.

Zyra's Q and E is already very difficult to hit and plants are very unlikely to attack enemy champion when there are enemy minions around. A while ago a huge nerf landed that zyra plants attack no longer trigger mana flow. Now even if I successfully hit a Q or E on enemy there is very little reward in the trading as I will immediately take large amount of minion dmg.

I couldn't remember exactly when, but it started in recent month(s).

As a zyra support main I feel this makes zyra really weak in her power level, as this mechanism (minion aggro on the owner of pets) is uniquely nerfing zyra.
