RIOT PATCHES + CHAMP RELEASE DATES

Part 1: I don't think I'm the only one here who thinks that major patches can be monthly thing. It's great that they are trying to make the game fresh but it's a bit much to handle for a casual gamer to keep up. I don't mind some quick fixes in between but having to adapt the game every two weeks is starting to be too much to keep up. This won't make the game less popular, it would also give Riot time to think of some of the real changes required for broken champs or items (i.e. Coin?).

Part 2: Champ release issue is mainly on Eve. Considering it's the last month S7 rank games, releasing a champ sucks for players who just don't want to deal with her while being stress in Rank already. I just think timing is also a thing Riot needs to work on in terms of making changes. One suggestion is to block new champs for 1-2 weeks before releasing it into rank.

I'm just venting in Part 2, Part 1 is really my major concern.
