the nerf on kai'sa literally did nothing . i don't know what you expected from that. you remove the 0.5 second stun from akali's ulti and everything, but oH yEaH LeT mE pLaN oN gIvInG fIoRa uSeLesS bUfFs tHAt sHouLdNt bE tHerE. come on man. i love the game, but stuff like this makes me really rethink stuff .

imho nerf base ad Q dmg cooldowns attack speed hp
any of those would work
