The states of Ohmwrecker and Talisman, and how I feel we could help theme.

As someone whose almost always been a player among both my friends and in solo play that likes to be the engagement and disengagement for the team, item 3056 and item 3069 have always been items I wish I could incorporate into my kit more, but they just feel....lackluster. The item 2053 family of items is pretty unique, and for champions that need that extra boost of consistent mobility such as supports and split pushers, it's quite handy, but aside from item 3512 and item 3060 I feel like there's no real incentive actually buy the others.

Over the course Season 6 to where we are now, we've been blessed with diversity in terms of itemization and diversity, which is something I love, but I feel like in doing Riot's balance team has shoved some opportunities to the back burner instead of taking a hard look at them. Ohmwrekcer is an item with lots of potential for both engage and needing to disengage, and I think it would be a healthy addition to actively bring back and support in the league if done correctly, which caused me to strike up the conversation with my friends. Why don't we do away with the physical Ohmwrecker Item and make the unique passive more accessible in other items? Here were two ideas we had come up with.

Talisman of Ascension 45 Armor 175% Base Health Regen 10% Cooldown +2 Gold per 10 seconds

Nomad's Medallion item + Raptor Cloak + Gold 450 Cost 2200 Gold

UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to 20% bonus movement speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets, and Void Gates. UNIQUE – FAVOR: Enemy minions killed by your allies sometimes drop coins that give either Gold 40 or restore 15% missing mana (minimum 15). Cannon minions always drop coins. NEW UNIQUE: Prevents nearby enemy towers from attacking for 3 seconds (120-second cooldown). This effect cannot be used against the same tower more than once every 8 seconds.

Talisman is an item that needs life given into it, and I personally think Riot is taking the wrong approach by buffering the bonus that the drop coin system gives. Talisman is an item that for years has had the idea of "Hey, let's get our team in or our of the fight quickly", but let's be real, with the amount of champion mobility and item enhancement we already have, there's just no incentive for supports to really be buying this item. With that said, the Ohmwrecker item is GREAT for lots of supports, I feel lots of supports want them item but don't even remember it existing. I think replacing the out of date move speed burst with a chance for supports to make more opportune plays around the map would be an amazing idea.

**Righteous Glory ** 350 Health 300 Mana 30 Armor

Catalyst of Aeons + Raptor Cloak + 1200 gold 3200 Gold

UNIQUE – ETERNITY: 15% of damage taken from champions is gained as mana. Spending mana restores 20% of mana spent as health, up to 15 per cast (toggle spells heal for up to 15 per second). UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to 20% bonus movement speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets, and Void Gates. NEW UNIQUE - FOR GLORY Grants +75% movement speed when moving towards enemies for 4 seconds. When this speed boost ends or when an enemy champion is within close proximity, it emits a shockwave, slowing nearby enemy champions by 75%. Additionally, prevents enemy towers from attacking for 3 seconds (180-second cooldown). This effect cannot be used against the same tower more than once every 8 seconds.

Now this is a unique idea I have been trying to tinker with, I'm not a balance professional so I'd like healthy critiques or thoughts on it, but I believe that if this item was given the right amount of stats and the right cost, it could be a proper item for top laners and junglers that are expected to both split push and be engagers. Divers and juggernauts if you will. If it's made at a price that not everyone is outright buying it, but it's still a good second or third item, I feel like it could have potential to feel rewarding to those wishing to engage while not being immediately overbearing.

Of course like I said, I'm no professional, I'm not exactly a numbers guy either. I just care about League of Legends as someone whose been playing for fun since I joined in pre-season 2. Ever since the Ohmwrecker came out in what I think was Season 3, I've loved the concept of it. But over the years it's really felt like a lackluster item that just has no place in any builds because of how awkward it is. These are just some ideas I have, I don't really know what I'm looking for out of posting this, but I'm greatful to anyone who has read through this and would be willing to give any feedback.

Ohmwrecker is so dead I can't even generate a conversation on it feels bad.
