Why isn't AR Urf actually actually random , there's some champs like Karthus or Kassadin that you will encounter every 2 games and other champs like Zilean or Rumble that you only get to see once in 1000 years. Idk this really bothered me so i decided to to speak my mind.
Because it is the same rng as it is in ARAM or TFT. We call it rng but it has actually nothing to do with rng since Riot has no clue how to program randomness.
It's random with your inventory or champions, free champions will be in everyone's rotation, and thus appear proportionately more. Add to that rerolls, and people may be avoiding the campions you don't see.
