Why does silver
Feel like a complete coin toss?... One hand.. You get people that have some knowledge of the game.. then the other, you'll get two lanes that'll die 10+ times before its 15 minutes.. Idgi??

If it makes you feel better, it isn't any better in the higher Elo brackets.
worst elo is probably plat in terms toxicity then bronze.
Because Silver?

I know right, i said the same in another thread. At the start of the game you toss a coin, and there's bound to have a lane that feeds 10 kills early and make the game uncarriable.
Sure, if you are a diamond smurf, maybe you could carry that trash, but when your own personnal skill is barely above that of the enemy, you won't make a difference vs feeders on your team.
Silver is the crossroads of ranked, where people who are climbing and people who are falling meet. This leads to general player skill in silver feeling wildly inconsistent. It's also where people playing their placements for the first time get placed (usually). Add in smurfs, and boosters getting people to gold for the season rewards and it gets ridiculous at times. All of these factors combined make silver a very messy place that can feel like a coin toss sometimes.
Believe it or not, It actually isn't any different in Gold/Plat.
Silver is more of a coin toss because people are either hardstuck or new, or smurfing or naturally good at the game, and will soon be gold and above. If ya' wanna get out, just carry the team. It's easier than you think it is. I mean, even I could do it as support Nunu.
