I have been trying very hard to get out of bronze and I just can't. I am currently in bronze 3. I watched many video's of how to get out and tried many of them, but none of them worked. I have 3 mastery 7's 
but and use them but my team always ends up feeding and there sometimes there are afk's. Does anyone have any advice or something that will help me get out of bronze.
objectives.. as a player who has climbed out of bronze three times. many bronze players just endlessly try to fight. becuase of this they tend to ignore you if you splitpush.
you also also make good use of because like i said "they WANT to fight" even if they really shouldn't be, so if you can actually set up the fight to your advantage it will help.
try to be the shotcaller
16 cs is one kill, many bronze player really wont bother to CS after laning phase. again you can use this to get very strong. (and most bronze players only look at kda and not your actual gold/items)
they might see you 2/4/7 as and think "I'm 5 kill i can kill the guy"
even if your 8 more kills worth of gold your kda doesn't show because you have 130 farm more than they do

There's a reason why you re in bronze and that is because it's ur skill level. You have to practice and understand the game more make good decisions too. I used to be bronze and i thought that i was NOT the reason why i was losing but now i realized that i actually sucked at the game mostly because i made terrible mistakes so think before you act, like will we win if we Fight them? or should we baron or push the towers which would benefit more? because one bad decision can turn the game in a different direction. And if you want to flame your team think about it, will it win the game if u do or will it tilt them more? It would Obviously tilt them more so dont. DONT WORRY ABOUT UR TEAMMATES ONCE UR GOOD ENOUGH U CAN CARRY THEM. I know because i been there. Good luck bud. Hope u get out.
You obviously play like a bronze player which is why you can't get out of bronze.
And by complaining about teammates while being bad yourself you won't get out anytime soon. Time to drop the excuses and work on yourself
the only way to get out of bronze is honest to goodness dedication, you have to find 1 champ that is 2nd tire so they dont get banned, and main that champion until you're at such a skill difference that you're winrate is stable 55+% then take them into ranked and grind.
Win games.
Play A jugg some more Tanky Supports or kat since you are seem to be a mid/support player, also practice with more advanced champs so you can learn how to make better use of mechanics. Also you have to persevere and keep playing, at first I was suck in bronze for a few months before I begun to gain some momentum and get climbing.
Even if you are stuck, you are still going forward because you are learning so you can continue climbing, you just lack X skills in moving forward so don't be put down by not climbing for a while.
Do you think it is possible to get out of bronze when you're ping has an average of 290ms?
turn on your brain and look at your map. that is all.
basically look at what you can change. attitude and build mostly. but make sure you ward, ping mia and dangers and objectives, help other lanes when ahead, and don't play risky(going into unwarded enemy area alone, pushing too high solo)
Imho ranking up in Bronze/Silver as assassin is the easiest. As long as you know how to kill without dying (which is the easiest for assassins) and how to roam. All you need to do is not to get behind and keep applying pressure around the map.
Play easy to play stomp champions like 
Farm well or if you're support make plays for your team.
