Ekko or rengar

Play both before you buy either.

Ekko is a lot stronger rn. Rengo feels super clunky after they broke his legs :(

You should try em both.

But ekko has more late game presence and mid game isnt useless if behind.

If you're playing outside of blind rift don't buy ekko he's gonna be banned for quite a while longer.

ekko is more fun. rengar got nerfed and hes useless around teams that know how to team fight well ekko is good in all situations

Although Rengar may have been nerfed, he is still my top overall favorite champion and I would highly recommend him. The only way you can pretty much do well with him (or in everyone else's opinion of if a champion is good or not) is to be really good, and experienced with him. I have no problem with Rengar what so ever. Also to everyone's opinion that Rengar isn't a good champion is because he really does lack a lot of things that pretty much almost any other champion has to get them ahead, stay ahead, or come back from being behind in a game. Even "countering" another champion is something he can do rarely. But it really is how you use what hes got that can make you do well, you just have to play him right.

Edit: But then again, it's really a play-style preference. Rengar can be a tank, bruiser, and assassin of either ap or ad, just as ekko can, even though rengar may not have as much cc as Ekko can offer, it's a play-choice.
