Do you have any intentions of updating Udyr' and Jax' default skins?
Its been nine years, riot, same counts for Mundo, their animations are clonky and severely outdated.

With Udyr specifically, I feel Riot backed themselves into a corner by designing a skin that would have been a perfect fit for a visual update, i.e. Spirit Guard Udyr. Because that skin is a cosmetic purchase, they can't really make it default on him without some huge amount of compensation towards players who bought said skin, and now they're going to have to find a way to bring Udyr to modern standards of visual design that won't just look like SG Udyr 2.0. I feel both Udyr and Jax are also prime candidates for VGUs, so it's likely Riot's waiting to slot them into the relaunch queue before doing any visual work on them.

Step 1) Use Spirit Guard Udyr as a base for all skins and models Step 2) Refund the purchase price of Spirit Guard Udyr and give people with the skin a special border/ward/icon Step 3) done
The ONLY reason this hasn't happened is likely because the refund price for all those players is vastly more than the man hours to give a VU to Udyr, which is the saddest and greediest part of all. Riot PROFITS from Udyr having a shitty base skin.
If Riot wanted to dispel this idea that they are only holding Udyr's VU back because of how much money they make from that skin they would say something. The fact that they haven't is proof enough.
Udyr will always suffer from his VGU being behind a paywall. It's really unfortunate, but, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't they say they aren't putting resources towards just remodeling and only doing VGUs for efficiency. Unless they are doing full on VGUs for those champs I don't see a model rework in their future. I could be wrong though!
Udyr, Jax, and even Dr. Mundo need desperate VGUs, they all look like garbage and their kits are horribly outdated. They have a pretty good chance coming up in the next few year (after Morde, who needs it more than all 3), and Udyr will most likely be the first to have an Ultimate skin get updated with a VGU.
You know what would at least help Jax? Updating his icons. Seriously have a good look at them and tell me they aren't outdated. His passive is him fishing.
yep some thing for
his outdated animation are even affecting his newer skins
I agree on Jax. He looks like a tent lul .
and
Why would they? They have skins that are VU's for them. You don't make money by updating base skins.
Riot:
No, but buy the masterwork chest.
Joking, that'll never happen.

Mundo's attack animations aren't that bad. You can definitely lane/last hit/time your E to reset perfectly with him.
I will say that from experience, Lee sin performs considerably better with muay thai/god fist than with his base skin due to how his attack animations change (and how core it is to pace your autos due to his passive)
Udyr I do not have experience, but I believe is also in the same boat as Lee of just having bad 1-frame attack animations that make pacing really awkward unless you buy a skin that changes them.
I think Jax's attack animation the player base got used to and the his animation update they gave him a while back on empowered autos helps.
Nunu I think on the whole needs a complete VGU but his attack animation also seems way too insta-framey.
XIn Zhao is one who actually got attack animation updates (particularily to his Q empowered autos and his 3rd strike crits), and personally I prefered the old ones since it felt like it had better flow for the purpose of using his Q as an auto reset/moving between autos when ganking to get that 3rd hit Q knock up.
Renekton could also stand to have his autos improved for clarity purposes. A lot of his "power budget" comes from those invisible auto attack resets that separate the mediocre from the pros.
