Does Trinity Force Ekko toplane still work/Is viable?

I remember a while back it was very effective, and I just started picking up Ekko again, so I was just wondering if Trinity Force Is still viable on him, and if not, why not, ALSO, If It's not viable, what Is the most viable Ekko build? (Top and Mid)
