Dear riot, it seems that the only thing you've done to "Deal" with the toxic players is give them warnings about leaving games, i still see toxic players in game, as if no matter how many reports they receive they get no punishment. And whenever i click to see the tribunal, it loads for 5 minuets, and then crashes. Does anyone know whats that about?
Tribunal is being redone and all reports are being handled internally by Riot until it returns.
Tribunal is indefinitely in recess and the automatic system is almost entirely taking over. If you think someone should be punished, report them and leave a description. If you somehow don't think that's enough, you can submit a Support Ticket (if you have video proof of them hacking/exploiting or something).
