LeaverBuster

I feel like people RIOT should do something LeaverBuster. Yes, although I do have a not-so-reliable computer, sometimes my computer will freeze, and then crash. When I reboot, LeaverBuster will just give me a penalty. This has happened 7 times before, and it just gives me a penalty just because my computer crashed. I can run LoL at 60 ms of ping and 30 fps out of god knows what powers my internet, however I know some of you part of the community who will just say, "Then just get a new computer you idiot", what about the part of the LoL community that can't? What if they can't do anything about it? What if they still want to enjoy the game? You can't just give them a penalty unfairly just because your computer crashed. And even though I crash, I try to reboot my computer so I can get back to the round as fast as I can because I know teamwork is an important part of the game. I have been lucky sometimes, but it just so occurs that sometimes I can't make it before the round ends. Now, I'm not saying to just suggesting to remove the LeaverBuster system entirely, but just make a few tweaks and fix this problem because sometimes it just gets a little irritating.
