I never thought I'd say this.. but Vayne needs a buff

Vayne honestly needs a little buff to her laning phase because let's be real, it's complete trash. Her power is in the late game but with matches ending so much quicker and strong ADCs doing well all game, she has no room or time for what she does best. Her first death can usually be found pre-6 and even if she does manage to live that long she's going to be missing out on a lot more cs than her laner. I feel like she missed out on the ADC meta where so many ADC buffs/reworks occurred. With her winrate dropping down hard to ~47% for all ranks, she's also losing lane a ton more lately. Rarely does she dominate any of them, with a slight exception (sorry Sivir).

Now as for myself, I'm not an ADC main let alone a Vayne main, but I have a lot of experience with the champion (66k+ mastery points). I've been finding significantly less success with her lately and I know it's more than just my mechanics, which are OK. I'm just tired of losing half my health with 1 Miss Fortune or Graves auto while trying to land 3 on them just to do the same amount of damage.. anyone else? I'd like to see something like a tiny nerf to her late game and a small buff to early just to balance things out a bit, how about buffing the duration of her ult ?
