why is match making so poor

Just played a game, lost and got demoted, a bit salty absolutely. But honestly it isn't the lost or the demotion that makes me angry. It was the match making on my team we had a kayle top who made lvl 30 yesterday, a bronze 1 ahri mid , a silver 4 lucian and a silver 2 jax jungle, plus myself silver 2 at the time naut support. our comp was good and all but the problem lies in the enemy team. they had a gold 5 tryn top (against our newly lvl 30 kayle yeah that went well) and gold 5 udyr , a gold 5 jhin, a silver 3 lux and a silver 4 bard. I am just curious how the matching making system thinks this is a fair game. all of our lanes would have had to have a near perfect game to do well. Please Riot can we get a balanced Matchmaking system, as a solo player this is just unfair. also numerous of my previous games have had unbalanced tiers just normally not this bad. The one amazing bit is that there was very little flaming but this is a part of what breeds toxicity in the game.
