Who has said that it would come during september? It will most likely hit live servers during christmas etc

If it goes on in December, shouldn't we have the snowball instead of the canon? Especially during snowdown event? It is very unlikely that both of them will be implemented together.

I don't see clear in what riot is trying to do with URF, it is a April's fool mode, it doesn't need to be this balanced, all we want to be playing in this mode are broken champions anyway....

Do Riot wants to make it permanent? If not, just make it live, we just want to play it, it has been teasing us on PBE and now we are thirsty.

PS :But i really liked snowball more, it gave opportunities for close combat champions making URF more balanced in this way.

All we know is that Riot has plans to release it later this year, though there's no guarantee. The most likely possibility is that it will be used during the Snowdown event, as it has been in previous years.

Main server just said later this year but at least after patch 9.20. Google for the post with the riot employee - those posts are soooooo hard to find (the official source).
