So, when you are in your promos, if you fail to pass them, you lose LP according to how many games you lost, ie, you could be at silver 3 promos to silver 2, but if you lose it will put you at silver 3 , 70 LP. But if you win your promos, lets say 2-0, you are put at silver 2 , 0 LP. Why is that? It seems like you should be given the LP you won. Especially if you are at 98 LP before your promos, then win a game to get into promos, then win both promos.

Riot doesn't actually want people to get promoted. I believe that is also why when someone made statistics for all of the games him and his friends played, the highest number of losses were in promos for him and his friends. I believe they put you against harder opponents on your promos.

same thing how it's really hard to fix or rise your mmr, but when you lose few games and get demoted, immediatly your mmr goes to shit.
