Dear Junglers Everywhere

Please acknowledge that you need to check what's going on top lane (and any other lane with teleport) before ganking bot lane. Nobody enjoys being counterganked at level 4 by a level 6 mega gnar.

Bot laners everywhere thank you for your time and consideration.

Top lane isn't the most important, nor is it the best lane to gank, when taking in the fact that bot lane has 2 people, is the closest to dragon, and has your ADC which is basically the meat and potatoes of your damage, and your support which is your back bone.

Even with a Malphite getting smack up top, if I have a Leona at bot with Jinx or Vayne , and I gank which would get them kills and get them fed, that's a front liner tank with 3 stuns, lovely initiation, and super tanky, and with a super tough tank busting ADC, and dragon control.

Ganking top yields much less effects overall, and that's why most JGs gank bot.

You're not going to be getting Baron anyway, unless you win team fights, which just makes winning bot lane all the more important.

The amount of information laners actually give their jungler in solo Q is quite low. Its pretty easy to just type the name of the champ and the summoner spell used when you see it used. Makes ganks a lot easier. I can tell you from a jungle main that i am more likely to gank a lane when i know the enemy doesn't have flash, and i'm sure you would too even if u don't main jungle. But this information isn't always known as a jungler.

TL;DR don't put all your attention on your jungler failing a gank bot because TP's were up when its likely your top laner who didnt tell the team it was up.

Yasss bring on the downvotes for ever proposing having to check the map and position your team is in before ganking. YASSSS Yasuo Yasuo

There is also this thing called paying attention. You press Tab and see who has teleport on the enemy team (even if you cant see that its up or down) and then listen for the teleport sound, which you can hear even if you cant see it, or if you see it by looking at the whole screen instead of tunneling in on your target, you'd be able to avoid the biggest hurt of the tele gank. And if you your self can pay attention to top lane on the mini map while you're CSing, you'll probably catch it your self when they teleport back to lane. Is it nice of the jungler to baby your lack of awareness? Yes it is. Is it his job to make up for your lack of paying attention? Not at all.
