Help me understand what I can do better.

I have just started playing this game again in the last couple months and want some player option. I don't want to get flamed or say you suck your there cuz you belong I understand that part so there is no need in this thread.

Now I have really started to try and get better at this game buying wards getting killed less all that but my season stats are bad as I yoloed my first 50 games was like 20-30 games under 500. I have climbed back to around 500. but I am lost what to do. I can ask players nice to ward there lanes they have a trinket for gods sake and they don't. They get ganked and there behind so there next step is I got to kill this champ to get back in the game and next thing you no there 0-6. What do I do to change this I mean I can win my lane or at least brake even and every other lane is feed or something so the game is over.

I just don't know what I can do better to help my teams I mean like last game I was top won CS 4/2 but there ADC was like 14/0 our support ended 9/13 and they think this is ok. Now my match history shows alot of deaths in games as sometimes I get so mad I just run in and dive with my team as its over and if you don't there like your not trying I am reporting you. Now again I know I have done this season to my self at this point and I still need to get better at things but how do I get better or climb if alot of games are just snowball losses in lanes I cant help or they wont listen.
