Sick and tired of this...

I'm honestly so fucking sick and tired of getting teammates who are absolute shit, and then because of that the game saying i'm complete shit... I have one good team 1 out of every 10 games I play, 10 fucking games. I only play 1-4 games a day and I really don't enjoy only having 1 good game out of 2-4 days of playing league of legends. What is up with your guy's logic with the way the game picks teammates? you do good we put you with slightly less skilled players to give you a challenge (or ensure your good)? you do bad your total mmr drops and your stuck in games where everyone is absolute shit and the game goes to whoever gets the first 3 kills (people apparently do great when they have kills but are complete shit when the games even or tilting towards losing). It's honestly frustrating that i'm in bronze 3 (dropped from bronze 2 because of this shit a while ago) I get around 80-110 cs by 10 minutes every fucking game, and/or I always get 2-3 kills by 20 minutes without any deaths and I still lose games because nobody in this damn elo knows where they need to be at. AND FOR THE LOVE A GOD THEY TAKE A SUGESTION ON WHERE TO BE. You ask for the support to ward or ping and ask someone to go to that position and all they do is just sit there and ignore it... Then right after a tower gets taken because theres 4 of them bottom lane ganking 1 person and the other 4 are up top... and they still don't fucking listen after that I'm also tired of players bitching at me or other players because they are soo fucking dull in the head they can't figure in that 100 attack range space and realize there's no mystical teleport or movement speed boost to move into that position to attack. Or that the other team is cc heavy they are in another lane not watching shit about what's going on in the other lanes see the death thing pop up and bitch me or someone out. half the time I can't even image what the fuck is running through their head because its like they are only looking 1 space in front of their character blindly talking shit about everyone's position When can the game industry get this shit right and actually cycle skill levels instead of trying to make shit even (your the "same skill level" as the other players) Obviously these systems are flawed and it's definitely not hard for me to tell. You know what would be a great idea for you dumbfucks who make millions off this shit? do something intelligent and cycle different levels of skill play (putting good people up against bad, and everything inbetween) log the damn reactions in the game or set up a feedback thing after the game and figure out which style of gameplay people enjoy I do like the rank system in this game, but I wish the damn system you guys use to detect skill level or match players up with opponents was more intelligently put together, right now it feels like if your team does shit (including or not including you) you get shittier teams in the future, I'm off to another game or YouTube or some shit and I wont be playing more then 1-2 games a day or spend any money on league anytime soon unless this shit is fixed/addressed

P.S. can the gaming community for the love of god get out of this mindset of being a complete douche/asshole and learn I don't give a single fuck about what you say and your just making yourself look bad to me... I would to play a game and go an hour without one person talking shit or being an asshole just for the hell of it (its annoying as fuck) find something else to talk about for once...
