Will there be any updates to Ryze or Azir in the near future?

Ryze currently has a 39% win rate and Azir has a 42.5% win rate according to na.op.gg. I understand win rates don't depict the whole story, but if the average win rate is 50%, doesn't it seem a bit too low? Ryze has been like this for a while ever since his 3rd rework. It seems Riot is hesitant on providing buffs for either champion which leads me to my question, will they be reworked?

gypsylord (or whatever that rioters name is i forget) said that azir was most likely going go get something along the lines of a mini rework

Ryze is low because bronzies don't know how to play him (somehow), Azir was gutted because his late game damage has no equal and any buff brings him too close to his former god carry self
