How good is lee sin now?

I want to main and become a 1 trick shot pony with Lee Sin, but whenever I tell someone this they say lee sin is not even good anymore... Is this true? where does lee sin stand as a jungler now? Would maining him be a good idea? Will he be buffed or revamped?
