Twitch hit way to hard with nerfs............

After his VU he became very popular not soon after you gutted everything about him....... you nerfed his passive to non existant damage normally when someone ran away with 30 hp and 6 stacks of poison if i died they died to but thats not case now. escaping with his stealth is next to impossible 6 seconds really? i think janna could kill me in that time before i even got close to escaping. his passive nerf needs to be reverted and his get into stealth reduced to 3 seconds. you hit him way way way to hard while this monstrousity you call lucian gets love taps on his w which he dont even use.
