Nasus has 270 bonus armor, effectively 24% lifesteal (passive and spirit visage), max CDR, 30% of all damage taken from autoattacks is returned as magic damage, and 900 bonus health (+600 with ult). His total armor is 358, total health is 3081 (3681 with ult).

Udyr has no penetration or reduction on his first attack. He has 280 bonus AD, 90 MR, 97 armor, 90% critical strike chance (2.5 crit damage), and 100% AS. Total, he has 396 AD, 90% crit chance, 1.632 AS (reduced to 1.387 if near Nasus and to 1.179 if he autoattacks Nasus), 90 MR, 97 armor, 20% lifesteal, and 2775 health.

Udyr, assuming he crits on a basic attack, will do 990 damage pre armor; this will return 330 magic damage to Udyr before magic resistance. After resistances, Udyr does 216.16-282.05 damage (depending on how many stacks of Black Cleaver are on Nasus) and lifesteals 82.14-107.18 health a hit (if in turtle stance). He recieves 167.51 damage from Thornmail every attack.

In one hit, Udyr loses 85-60 health and Nasus loses 216-282 health.

Assuming 780 stacks on Nasus, his Q does 1158 damage (Q + sheen). This does 588-738 damage (depending on if Udyr is in Nasus's E) and heals Nasus for 141-177 health a Q on Udyr.

In one hit, Nasus gains 141-177 health and Udyr loses 588-738 health.

So in one hit from both sides, Nasus loses 39-141 health and Udyr loses 503-678 health.

Guess what, it doesn't matter how high your lifesteal and crits are when your AS is forced down by an aura and a passive and you try to hit a thornmail person with higher sustain.
