Some love to talon?

In my honest opinion Talon is balanced but i think he still needs a bit of love his passive is kinda of weird in some situations and his new E is not bad but needs more power into. Instead of having a 1 sec silence as he use to have is it possible to have it like half a second or his E can interrupt channeling spells just like kassadin can. Maybe if he kills a target while his E damage amplifier is on, his E resets like Katarina cuz in the end it doesn't do damage and it can give him abit of mobility. This is 100% my opinion and I'd like to hear others ideas as well.

Because people who play him are people who like him and play him alot. Ahri has almost the same win rate, and a 4 times bigger pick rate.

So he is good, thank you.. just because he has a winrate lower then arguably the best mid doesnt mean he isnt good.

He is good once you learn how to play him. But he is still extremely easy to shut down. He needs snowballing to be effective. And lack of escape after assassination is a problem. So unless you like going in, killing 1 target and dying in most cases trading 1 for 1, I don't recommend him.
