Issue with Riftwalk.

Kassadin does not seem to be able to Riftwalk over things like other champions with a blink or dash. Tonight I have been hit by both Ethereal Chains and Sonic Wave while attempting to Riftwalk over them. This was not limited to these two abilities, they were simply the most obvious. The problem seemed to exist with any ranged attack.
