How would you go about balancing LoL?

I recently started playing again and notice some champs are just absolutely unstoppable, specially if they have CC. I went to look for balance forums and notice that many people consider many champs "OP". So is every champ now OP?

This isn't saying whether LoL is balanced or not or whether certain Champs are too strong, but genuinely asking.

How would you balance the game at this point? So much stuff constantly gets reworked or tweaked or updated and with every new champ, someone else is now OP.

first off all... no champ has more than 4 skills. and i dont mean nidalee jayce etc. i mean ppl like kai'sa, a champ who has so much textbox in her skills that she could be 2 and a a half champs.

next get rid of silence. theres a reason almost no champ has a silence.

after that fix hitboxes/the map. if you stand at certain parts of the map or in certain angles, a cait can aa an ashe on MAX RANGE (650) and yet ashe can autoattack back without getting closer (her aa range is 600)

after that... mordekaiser. enough said. remove this 200+ bug piece of shit or rework him.

next do something about crit. its the worst feeling when you have a 70% crit chance and the enemy has 30% and you dont crit him 1 time in 10 aa's but he crits you like 6 times in 10 aa's. all champs should do well if you play them with skill not with luck.

next tanks. give them more armor and mr and hp, but less dmg. it cant be that an adc who is 7/0 loses the 1v1 with a full tank renekton that stands 0/13. thats insane.

fix the remake option. its a total mess. it tells you that you can remake because 1 or more player lost connection to the game. what a fucking bullshit. if you move from 0:00 to 1:30, but then you dont move from 1:31 up to 3:00, the remake option still appears. even if you were connected the entire game.

i think if you focus on that first, the game is heavily balanced alrdy.

Every champ's main damage potential can be realistically avoided. No more statchecks. No more champions who's combo completely ignores the defender's skill. Every champion who currently is like that gets highest priority on reworks (Sorry, Morg, but your rework had to be put off further).

Reduce true damage, reduce damage as a whole, mostly through items to aim for longer teamfights. Separate ranged and melee AD items entirely for easier balancing. Try to bring the game as a whole more in line with a bruiser type meta, where fights feel like they have that meat. Not as in turn everyone into a bruiser, but find a balance where teamfights have that feel. There's just too much damage in the game right now, items have strong synergies with eachother pushing full offense builds etc. so I'd try to work a bit more defense into items, and a bit lower offense.

Admit the bias and start asking for nerfs where it is needed. For example DrMundo with item 3748 item 3075 item 3047 item 3083 item 3065 item 3742 SHOULD NOT be able to 1v1 an adc with item 3046 item 3031 item 3111 +lifesteal
