Guys, Why Do SO Many of You Refuse to Group 5?

Simple one here; I get that not everything calls for 'Group 5 down (lane)', but when it really is the right call, why are so many people in the lower 80% so reluctant to do it. I have lost more games because someone decides that they have to split another lane (when none of the enemy are visible), or an assassin/diver goes in on an enemy backliner alone whilst their target is behind a Tank, a Juggernaut and in range of an Enchanter, than to things like afks, trolls or disconnects.

I was hoping this shit would decrease from Silver to Gold, but if anything it's gotten worse, because you mix the not-yet-full game knowledge of the lower ranks with the arrogance of the higher ones....

Knowing when to group is one of the most important skills in this game; I put it behind 'Don't Panic' alone, and ahead of everything else, including vision and map watching...

Please, even if it's just sometimes, group up.

My champ is a god duelist but sucks in 5v5 (see Nasus/Yi/Trynd). I want them to come to me 1 by 1, not you to bring all 5 of them to me.
Their team is Amumu/Kennen/Fiddlesticks/MF/J4.
You don't actually need me (or I don't actually need you). For example baron after ace, I can solo that as Yi. I don't 3 people here, go get an inhib while I get baron. You don't need 5 people mid when you can only get up to one inhib anyway. send 3 mid and 2 top and get 2 inhibs at least. Efficient usage of manpower (or womanpower so the SJWs don't murder me)

because you all soak xp and can only pressure one lane. So many times we're level 12 and people are like "Group mid" and a level 18 Nasus comes out of top lane with 1500 stacks and plays wack a mole with the entire team

In theory, group 5 is the wrong call for at least 50% of teams since one team every game will have an inferior 5v5. Then you have situations where you have a 4/1 team against a 1/3/1 team and neither team should be grouping as 5.

Because it usually is the call to group and never do something else. If we can't really pressure the enemy team and get some tower damage in in 1-2 waves I'm out.

Because who the fuck likes to 5v5 ARAM walking back and forth waiting for someone to miss a skill or lag out and miss position and die?

This game is becoming star craft 2 where you make a giant ball of units and just move them back and forth untill the a player makes a mistake its fucking ridiculus game play.

And people don't seem to realise its so easly countered, just send some one to split push and stall the grouped enemy team and youll se how they start to make dumb calls and rage at eachother, but finding a team with a brain is so rare like finding a shiny pokemon, most players just go with the flow and group like dumb monkeys and blame who ever is not grouped for their loss.
