Remake needs a change

Glad Riot finally got around to allowing remakes but it needs to happen sooner than 3 minutes. Far to many times you get these wankers who are screwing off doing whatever during load screen and then are afk for the first 2+ minutes of the game. but get back before 3 minutes. All too often as a result that lane, and god forbid its bot lane gets a level behind and a eave or two of CS down before they decided to get back from whatever the hell they were doing and get to where they were supposed to be. It can screw over the match from basically the beginning. PLEASE make the remake 1:30 and not 3 minutes so everyone isnt screwed over by the person who decided that the load screen was the perfect time to go take a dump.
