Leona's Passive

@Riot, Have you guys ever considered having Leona being able to interact with her passive? Don't get me wrong I don't think she's underpowered and I love her need to be cooperative to make use of her passive. But there are some fights or skirmishes where I wish I could proc that extra damage. Sometimes you just have to stun lock someone and can't wait for someone to trigger her passive before E'ing, Q'ing, R'ing while your W blows up. She could simply activate her own with auto attacks, or after an ability. So say she Zenith Blade to Shield of Daybreaks, it would proc sunlight once and then apply another charge. If the concern was that it would make her too scary burst wise, you could even reduce the damage sunlight does if she procs it herself. Just a thought, not because I think she actually needs it but just for flavor. Or it would be nice if sunlight stacked on enemies and created charges. So say you hit someone with every spell, they would have 4 stacks of Sunlight and would trigger after the next 4 attacks/spells on them.
