League of legends 2019 season is a joke

Playing league of legends in the new season is an absolute joke. The new changes play for more 'balanced' games and easier comebacks. With the new individual ranks you can really expect to face lane opponents that are based around your skill level. This is all bullshit.

Games where people are afk in the first 4 minutes which equates to an instant loss.

3 remakes in a row because dial up broadband bad connections. Totally unfair matchups. For example, a real game where both top laners are platinum and the rest of the team is bronze.

I have put well over 6 years in this game competitively and maxing out my rank at gold 3 just doesnt seem balanced at all. Diversifying your champion pool is fun and learning new champions for your role would seem to superset your ranked play but nope, now you can be an complete newbie and click q on champs too win. The game isnt about team playing or individual skill anymore. The stat board can be super consistent with your play (k/p, kda, map awareness, etc) and yet has nothing to do with anything when your in game.

Bronze is the new gold. This game is complete garbage now. Riot is only making it worse now. Constantly changing the game through patch notes which are IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with if you lead a normal life.

Sorry riot I cant sit at my computer anymore. The sad thing is to be good and stay consistent in your rank. You have to come off the game as a decrepid goblin who hasn't seen the light in 4 days because you are busy trying to maintain your rank status.

They make this impossible with the amount of useless games you suffer through which in turn could completely not be your fault. You are just trying to climb back from games where your teammates get advantage over you for snowballing the other opponents through bad play.

There is 0 strategy. Most games are a tdm mid lane where as long as one team gets 3 or 4 plus kills its impossible to comeback from due to the imbalance of individual rank.

I sounds like the most typical shit but seriously its getting so old.

I lead a pretty normal, average, life and I'm up to date with changes. I don't even play the game all that often either. That's such a lame excuse.

So pure luck instead? Those streamers are pretty lucky guys then. All of them managed to keep their rank, even though the game isn't about strategy anymore. I'm still waiting to see that one ex-Bronze 5 player that reached Diamond because of "dumb luck". If the game isn't about strategy, it's bound to happen at some point.

My advice for you: stop playing Vayne. You didn't make it work last season and it looks like it isn't working now either. Free advice from a pleb. Do whatever you want with it.
