AFK Players in Ranked

I came home today to decide to continue my ranked gameplay. As I load into a game, I notice a few 2 players aren't talk, but I figure if you can accept the queue, nothing is wrong. They pick their champions and everything and nothing bad happens.. yet. I get into the game and buy my items and I notice they are both sitting in fountain, the support and mid lane. By this point it is a 3 v 5. Around 18 - 20 minutes into the game, our top quits too. It's clear now, the game is a loss. They destroy our nexus and game. After the game, I see I lost 19 LP, and the other player (Who was there the whole game, and trying) lost 20 LP. I find this being REALLY stupid considering we had... 3.. afk players.. against a full team. This makes absolutely no sense why we should just lose so much LP, for something that clearly isn't our fault. Not only was I having a bad enough day, on a ranked loss streak, demoted, and then this. I honestly don't get why we lost so much LP, but I hope something about this changes.
