preseason and new meta is awful and strait out boring,

all games is rearly over 20mins, the snowball is so awfull, all i see is fights that takes under 5secs and is all about hitting the frist ability wins, damage seems WAY off, is there even a test team?, i mean comon, Kha's and rengar 1shotting any ADC/mid, tanks dieing close to 3 shot, really hope the balance patch is hours away or days,
