I am unable to earn Hextech loot after a 10 game chat ban.

So I was in a ranked game as Ekko Ekko , on tilt (still am), and happened to be doing well. I was being overly obnoxious saying things in all chat like "Good Job" when our team got a kill but never cussed once. Later in the game I had won a 1v1 with the enemy Master Yi MasterYi who then said "fuck you chicken ass %%%%%%" and I, in all chat, replied "reported that is racist" and that was followed by the entire enemy team saying the same thing back for absolutely no reason. I got 5 man reported and then got a 10 game chat ban. It was whatever, quite a surprise I couldn't achieve hextech loot during the ban but it made sense. What has angered me very much is now that I have finished those 10 games I am still unable to receive hextech loot. I understand it is a free system for the players and I should be grateful I got to use it at one point but now that I am being permanently punished by a possible 5 man queue who all decided to gang on me it is very frustrating especially seeing "you are ineligible to earn loot due to behavioral issues" after each one of these losses. Please fix this Riot, I've played since S2 and this is the biggest injustice I've experienced with the company.

i feel ya, similar situation for myself. After getting several intentional feeder games in a row (going 1/10 in 10 min is intent feed even if that person refuses to type in chat), i raged at a 4 man premade and got instantly chat restricted. after my punishment, I've yet to receive any award, i suspect its because my team does so bad I can't get an S myself.

You were negative to the enemy team, and you asked them to report the Yi when he lashed back. Not condoning what Yi said, just saying that two negatives don't make a positive.
