enemy jungler that does nothing but chase you

what is a good way to stop that? as a jungler yourself. sometimes i run into someone that literally just waits for me to get weak fighting monsters early in the game, gank and then continue to do so relentlessly. they ignore their own jungle and wont let me get any gold from mine. When it happens i just give up usually, it saps all the fun out of the game when you cant really do anything. I've looked up strategies for defending your own jungle but they just say drop wards and wait for help. BUT HELP NEVER COMES BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE IN LANES NEED IT TOO

tell the laner to respond to your pings for easy free kills.... if your laners have a half a brain the enemy jungler will be pushed off, not to mention it will make him not want to continue risky behaviors if your getting assistance.

Or well wards are your friend. buy pinks, place them in entrances and tell your team to do so too

Honestly, if you are pinging for assistance and your team isn't able to help you, then you need to leave that side of your jungle and go farm the other side of the jungle.

I mean, if they are sitting in your red buff bush waiting for you to start it, just leave it and see if you can take theirs. Warding your jungle at least lets you know that it's happening, so maybe you can be ahead of the curve instead of wasting time starting a camp only to be pushed off it.
