How to build new shaco?

I don't know if they tweaked his damage really but people are saying he seems weaker. Is he best the normal hydra AD crit build? Or is he better actually Ap burst now? I played him ap and it seemed pretty strong. And still max E? Or Q now?

its not the build ... its the play style has change.. you need to learn how to adapt the the play style... cant play him exactly the same way as before
