Instalockers

We all hate them instalockers we need a new sort of system that makes it harder to instalock cuz on low niveaus you get each game a instalocker that don't go off the lane. U can report them after the game but they still ruined your game so we need to leave and he won or he ruined ur game we report him and he still gets what he wants.
