Ranked AFK/Leaving

Hi, i am going to get to the point because i don't want to drag this on. I just played in a ranked game where someone AFK/Left and we lost the game and LP because of it, there should be a feature added to the game that when someone leaves the game or AFK's they get punished for it and the players on that team (if they lose) don't lose LP and the loss does not count. It is unfair for people who are trying to get out of lower leagues when someone leaves because they were doing bad or just doesn't play once the match starts. Riot, please take this into consideration for I, and many others, have lost because of AFK/Leavers.
